Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method.

Shipping rates, thresholds, and delivery times by region are currently being finalized and will be updated here shortly. In the meantime, exact shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 CEST on the same day; during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email.

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding Albanian public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend are processed the following business day.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to higher order volumes.

If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@richforever.shop within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
