Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, wherever you are ordering from.

RETURN PERIOD: We offer a 14-day return period during which you may return your order without giving any reason. These 14 days start from the day the package is received. The return shipment must be sent back to us within this 14-day window.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, return your order for a refund and place a new order.

REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information from your return shipment. Once the refund is issued, you'll receive an email notification, and it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@richforever.shop for assistance. We'll assess your request and arrange the best solution.

WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED:
- Underwear and socks
- Items where the original seal or hygiene packaging has been broken
- Items that have exceeded the 14-day return window

Any item returned worn or damaged, and not previously disclosed to our customer support team, will be rejected and the return voided.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own cost, depending on the courier and country of return. We are not responsible for customs charges (import duty or tax) on returns. Please keep proof of shipment until your return arrives at our warehouse — we cannot process a return without tracking or proof of shipment.
